Anti Bloat Juice Recipe – Simple, Soothing, and Refreshing

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, chopped (skin on if organic)
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 green apple or 1 cup pineapple chunks (for light sweetness)
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 8–10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2–1 cup cold water (adjust for blending or juicing)
  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons pure aloe vera juice (food grade)
  • Optional: A few ice cubes for serving

Method

  1. Prep your produce. Rinse everything well. Chop cucumber and celery into chunks. Peel the lemon and ginger. If using apple, core it; if using pineapple, remove the tough core if your blender struggles with it.
  2. Choose your method. If you have a juicer, run cucumber, celery, apple or pineapple, ginger, lemon, and mint through it. If you’re using a blender, add all produce to the blender with 1/2–1 cup cold water.
  3. Blend or juice until smooth. With a blender, start on low and work up to high for 30–45 seconds until completely liquid.
  4. Strain if you like. For a smooth, juice-like texture, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag. Press or squeeze to extract the liquid. If you prefer fiber, skip straining and enjoy as is.
  5. Season lightly. Stir in sea salt and optional aloe vera juice. Taste and adjust: add more lemon for brightness, a splash of water to mellow, or a leaf or two more mint for coolness.
  6. Serve cold. Pour over ice if you want it extra crisp. Sip slowly.
